3. Hazards Identification
Potassium Fluoroborate is toxic by inhalation and if swallowed and is irritating to the eyes and skin.

4. First Aid Measures
INHALATION :Remove to fresh air If breathing has stopped, administer artificial respiration.keep warm and seek immediate medical attention.
SKIN CONTACT :Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
EYE CONTACT :
Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention
INGESTION :Wash out mouth with water Do not induce vomiting.Seek immediate medical attention.

6. Accidental Release Measures
Observe any warning Labels on the container. Take precautions to avoid creationg and breathing dust.Contain and damp down any spilled material, collect by vacuum or shovel and place into labeled containers for disposal (See Section 13), Neutralise any contaminated area with lime and then rise with water to draim (See Section 12).

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS : Handle weight this product under conditions of local exhaust ventilation to avoid breathing dust. Avoid swallowing and eye or skin contact.
SRORAGE CONDITIONS : Store in sound, tightly sealed drums in a dry environment.

CHRONIC EFFECTS:
Regular and repeated contact with the skin may give rise t pustular dermatitis. Prolonged exposure by Inhalation to sublethal levels may give rise to epistaxis (nose bleed).

12. Ecological Information
May be harmful to aquatic organisms ( 96 hr LC50=10-100mg/l for rainbow trout) .May inhibit activated sludge respiration at levels above 100mg/l.

13. Disposal Considerations
Users should aquaint themselves with local regulations.
Disposal is usually carried out by treatment under controlled conditions at a licensed waste material processor. If burnt, stack gases need to be scrubbed (See Section 5 above).
Aqueous solutions may be neutralised with lime.
